Arctic’s Apprentice of the Year
Arctic Circle’s Katie Tinley wins second prize at the RAC’s National Student of the Year Awards in association with the Institute of Refrigeration.
Arctic Circle’s apprentice Katie, has become the first female to ever win a prize at the award ceremony, proving her ability within the RAC industry. Her development over the last year - since becoming one of the RAC’s top 10 finalists in 2005, has stood her in good stead.
Katie’s tutor summed her up as ‘a jewel in the crown’
With an ambitious attitude and the determination to one day establish her own RAC business with more female engineers; we are sure that this is not the last that the industry will hear off Arctic Circle’s apprentice of the year.
Well done!
